Ransomed Chibueze is a seasoned Humanitarian and International Development Specialist with over 12 years of leadership across West Africa, the Middle East, and North Africa. He is recognised for his expertise in child protection, safeguarding, and systems strengthening, having designed and managed multi-million dollar, donor-funded programs for agencies including GAC, ECHO, FCDO, USAID/BHA, UN agencies and GIZ, etc.
Beyond his leadership in Kavod Relief, Ransomed has held senior advisory and project director-level roles with Save the Children International, where he has led large-scale humanitarian responses, developed national child protection strategies, and strengthened local capacity in multiple countries. He is also an advocate for decolonising aid, ensuring that community-led solutions remain at the heart of humanitarian and development programming.
As Founder and Chief Servant of Kavod Relief, he drives initiatives that protect, educate, and empower underserved children, especially out-of-school youth, those in underserved areas, and children in contact with the law. He pioneered Goals for Good, using sports as a transformative tool for social inclusion, life skills development, and peacebuilding.
